By day, I’m an Account Manager making sure operations hit their goals. But just as important, I’m focused on making sure business operations have a great experience too. That’s where my UX and UI skills kick in—if there’s a way to improve tools and workflows, I’ll find it.

Mint Mobile teamed up with Loris AI to give live chat agents smarter tools that enhance efficiency and elevate customer interactions. As the account manager, I collaborated closely with Loris to refine these tools—identifying pain points, mapping workflows, designing intuitive prototypes, and implementing solutions that made chats smoother while driving measurable improvements in operational KPIs

FRENDLY is a social media app we whipped up with one big goal in mind—helping LGBTQ+ folks spark real, meaningful, and lasting friendships. Think less small talk, more genuine connections. 🌈💬

Grandpa’s Garage is your go-to online spot for all things sports memorabilia, collectibles, games, and apparel—basically, a treasure chest for fans and collectors. The site’s built to make shopping super easy, so you can find what you need, skip the drama, and get back to doing… well, whatever awesome thing you were doing before.

The Peloton Fitness App got a little makeover from me! I gave it a fresh redesign to help users stay on top of their fitness goals without breaking a sweat (well, maybe just a little). It’s got all the good stuff—workout tracking, group sessions to keep things fun, and progress charts so you can flex your gains. 💪📱

WEBPAGE ENHANCEMENT

Xfinity just set up its very first international call center—right in the heart of Los Angeles, CA. Yep, palm trees and customer service! Now, the higher-ups are on a mission: they want feedback from both agents and customers on how to make the Xfinity website a smoother ride for their international users.

Curious how the leadership team is turning all that data and feedback into shiny new website upgrades? Spoiler: it involves a lot of spreadsheets, brainstorming, and probably a few too many cups of coffee. ☕💻
