DESCRIPTION

We put this scorecard together to easily track how our five vendors perform on the KPIs that matter most. It’s not just about visibility—we use it to guide our bonus structure and spark some friendly competition between vendor managers. I worked closely with my director to set the goal conditions, and we built it in Excel, using formulas like IF logic, so it’s a consistent and data-driven tool for making smarter decisions.
